Alright, so it's been a long damn time, since I've been here to update my journal. Here goes.

Tomorrow will have been two years that I have been a member of DA. The first username was used for a bit, and then I changed to this one. (yeah, I know two years, and what? 3 deviations?...lol)

With some of the things that have been hapening around here on DA, I've come to the realization that I was never here for the right reasons. I started coming to DA just to look at the art. I'm not an artist, not a photographer (at least, not a good one...) but I do appreciate art in its various forms. The person who introduced me to the site is still, to this day, one of my very best friends. There's nothing I won't do for that person (you know who you are!)

In light of some of the things that have happened, I have made a decision that I will no longer be coming to deviantart. For me, this was a community where I could come and check out things that other people have done, and not have to deal with anything other than art. An art gallery from the privacy of my couch. However, the politics of Deviantart have gotten to be too much for me. The other reason that I am leaving is that DA has become commercialized, and it's focus is no longer on art. I have made some great friends here, whom I still wish to be in contact with.

In conclusion, Kit, Kristen, Eric, Derek, Jesse, Matt, Matt, Toddo, Andrew(who also left the site), Paul, Rebecca, Jeremy, and George, I want you to know that you all hold a very special places in my heart. If you need to contact me, do so via phone, email, or Livejournal (with this same username.)

So, to DA, thanks for the experiences.
